Redirection system that uses a key / url pair to redirect users to
a specific url based on the key they enter into a form field.
#*# Installation #*#
Upload the redirection directory into your cgi-bin and give the
files the following permissions (chmod)
index.cgi chmod 0755
lock.lck chmod 0666
In the admin directory:
sysdata (directory) chmod 0777
index.cgi chmod 0755
In the sysdata directory
backup.txt chmod 0666
data.txt chmod 0666
lock.lck chmod 0666
log.txt chmod 0666
passwd.pwd chmod 0666
temp.txt chmod 0666
sessions (directory) chmod 0777
See the file called test.htm in the key-redirection folder for an
example form.
It looks like so:
<form method="post" action="/cgi-bin/redirection/index.cgi">
<input type="text" name="key" size="5">
<input type="submit" name="submit" value="GO!">
</form>
Then log ito the administration area by going to
/cgi-bin/redirection/admin/index.cgi
The username is admin
The password is redir995
The first thing you will want to do is change the username and
password.
Then, start creating new keys!
A more comprehensive readme file will be added to this package in
the future. For
